A deciduous conifer native to southeastern United States, known for its feathery, fern-like foliage that turns coppery-bronze in fall before dropping. Bald Cypress thrives in wet to moist conditions and can tolerate standing water, making it excellent for wetlands, swamps, and poorly drained sites. It develops a distinctive pyramidal form and can reach 50–70 feet tall.
