You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and current information when creating your account.
4. Premium Subscriptions
GreenScout Premium is available on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.
5. AI-Generated Content
GreenScout uses artificial intelligence to provide plant identification, disease diagnosis, and other features. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be treated as professional horticultural advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated results. Always use your own judgement when caring for plants.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use GreenScout for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, to upload malicious content, or to interfere with other users' enjoyment of the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on GreenScout, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of GreenScout or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without our written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
GreenScout is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that plant care advice will be suitable for your specific situation.
