An ornamental grass with fine, thread-like steel-blue to silvery-blue foliage that forms compact, dense mounds 8–12 inches tall. Produces delicate pale flower spikes in early summer that rise slightly above the foliage. Extremely drought-tolerant and cold-hardy, perfect for rock gardens, borders, edging, and xeriscaping with minimal maintenance.
