An early-flowering alpine crocus producing slender, delicate lilac, purple, or white flowers with characteristic pale undersides. Blooming in late winter to early spring, this dwarf bulb (8–10 cm) readily self-seeds and naturalizes beautifully in rock gardens and lawns. Exceptionally cold-hardy and pest-resistant.
