Phacelia

Phacelia tanacetifolia

flower

Phacelia is a bee-friendly annual with tightly coiled flower clusters that open progressively into delicate blue, purple, or pink blooms with protruding stamens. Growing 12–24 inches tall, it produces fine, feathery foliage and is a prolific nectar producer that attracts bees, butterflies, and beneficial insects. Commonly used as a cover crop, it also makes an excellent ornamental flower for pollinator gardens.
