Pothos N'Joy

Epipremnum aureum 'N'Joy'

houseplant

Pothos N'Joy is a compact, non-climbing variegated cultivar with small heart-shaped leaves featuring creamy-white and pale green variegation on a dark green base. This slow-growing variety remains naturally bushier and shorter than other Pothos types, making it ideal for shelves, desks, and compact spaces. Despite its delicate appearance, it's just as hardy and low-maintenance as its relatives.

Care Guide

light_mode
Light
Bright indirect light maintains variegation; moderate indirect light is acceptable but results in reduced variegation and slower growth. Avoid direct sun which can bleach or damage leaves.
water_drop
Water
Allow top 1-2 inches of soil to dry between waterings. Water when soil feels dry; this slower-growing variety requires less frequent watering than other Pothos. Winter watering should be reduced significantly.
compost
Soil
Well-draining potting soil is essential; use a blend of peat moss, perlite, and bark or amend standard houseplant soil with extra perlite to prevent moisture retention.
science
Fertiliser
Feed monthly during spring and summer with half-strength balanced liquid fertilizer. Reduce feeding in fall and minimize or withhold in winter.
thermometer
Temperature
Prefers consistent warmth between 65-75°F (18-24°C). Avoid cold exposure below 60°F (15°C) and temperature fluctuations which stress the plant.
humidity_percentage
Humidity
Tolerates average indoor humidity (40-60%) but benefits from slightly higher humidity levels (50-65%). Occasional misting can enhance growth and health.
