Sempervivum Cobweb

Sempervivum arachnoideum

succulent

A distinctive hen-and-chicks succulent featuring tight rosettes covered with silvery-white hair-like structures that resemble cobwebs, giving the plant its common name. The rosettes turn reddish-pink in full sun and produce tall spikes of pink flowers in summer before the flowering rosette dies. Extremely hardy and drought-tolerant, it thrives in rocky, poor soil conditions.
