Water Mint is a vigorous semi-aquatic herb with aromatic, slightly hairy leaves and distinctive purple or pink flower spikes blooming in mid to late summer. It thrives in wet soils, shallow water margins, and ditches, spreading rapidly via runners. Excellent for wetland habitat creation, it also yields fragrant foliage useful for tea and culinary applications.
